Davis Behavioral Health provides paid holiday time off to all eligible employees immediately upon assignment to a benefit-eligible classification. Holiday pay is calculated based on the employee's straight-time rate (as of the date of the holiday) times the number of hours the employee would otherwise have worked on that day.
The following days are considered paid holidays.The actual date of the holiday varies from year to year.

Under the discretion of executive management, DBH may approve additional paid holidays throughout the year. Details of how these additional days will be administered will be distributed at the time of approval. These additional holidays do not change the established eligibility standards for regular paid holiday and other company-sponsored benefits.
